International Women’s Day is a reminder of the strength, resilience, and courage that women carry every day.

As a woman building a business in the wellness space, I feel incredibly grateful to be surrounded by inspiring women who show up, support each other, and continue to grow.

Creating this community has been one of the most meaningful parts of my journey. Watching women become stronger, more confident, and more connected is the reason I do what I do.

We’re welcoming into the studio for a two-class takeover on Saturday, March 14th 🍃

The Myo team (Physio, Chiro, + RMT) will lead a 10-minute movement-based cool down focused on recovery and restoring tissues to resting length. Following class, they’ll provide one full hour of complimentary mini assessments and treatments for guests.

Whether you have a specific area of concern or simply want insight into your posture and movement patterns, this is a chance to receive hands-on guidance from licensed practitioners.

Our Story

A BIT ABOUT US

Who we are and the Iam Yoga difference

The word ‘iam’ comes from the greek word iam meaning ‘to be present’ which is deeply rooted in the style and practice of our teachings, encouraging students away from the ‘autopilot’ style of movement and thought. We recognize that people have many reasons for starting to do yoga that range from those that are purely physical to emotional or spiritual motivations – We think that every reason is just as good as any other. We do not project traditional ‘ideas’ around the meaning of ‘yoga’ onto our students or in our classes. Our instructors guide students and assist with adjustments to make each posture, breath, and action as effective as possible for the mind and the body – encouraging each individual to seek out their own definition of what ‘yoga’ should mean for them.
