Pilates is back!
After a great 6-week intro class, we're excited to offer our next progression: PILATES- INFUSED STRENGTH SERIES.
A weekly, small group class that focuses on a combination of foundational strength training movements and Pilates core stability work. It's a class for individuals who want to get stronger and move better, and are looking for tailored instruction and support. All levels welcome.
