Moving Meditation is a body-first approach to calming the mind. Each class blends Chi Gong-inspired movements with breathwork, balance, and stability exercises.
You’ll learn how to adjust the level of difficulty so that every session challenges you, but never hurts, so it meets you exactly where you are that day. This isn’t yoga, and it’s not the gym. It’s mindful, functional movement designed to help you feel grounded, capable, and calm.
