Week Two Recap! ✨
YOUR SEASONAL HORMONE REFRESH
It's so interesting to see habits shift after a week of being intentional! I am shocked how easy it was to fall into some of the habits, while others still felt a bit more challenging (ahem walk after dinner!)
Here’s how week two went ⬇️
🌿 I again averaged 9/11 habits per day, with finally hitting one day of 11/11!
🌞 Drinking more water makes a huge difference
🫶🏻 I really looked forward to a special habit in the evening before bed, including Epsom salt baths, castor oil packs and some gentle stretching
🌿 I found I was overall more positive and more likely to choose positive habits
🗓️ I didn't feel as overwhelmed fitting everything in and had to think about it much less !
🪞And most importantly I felt accomplished and proud of myself 🥰
