That 10 p.m. “me time” scroll? It’s not self-care — it’s a nervous system cry for space.

If you find yourself staying up late just to have a moment alone, I get it.
But what your body really needs isn’t more stimulation — it’s recovery.

My favorite way to reclaim real “me time” is during the day — even a 10-minute walk like this helps reset my nervous system and makes it easier to rest at night.

YOUR SEASONAL HORMONE REFRESH

It's so interesting to see habits shift after a week of being intentional! I am shocked how easy it was to fall into some of the habits, while others still felt a bit more challenging (ahem walk after dinner!)

Here’s how week two went ⬇️

🌿 I again averaged 9/11 habits per day, with finally hitting one day of 11/11!

🌞 Drinking more water makes a huge difference 

🫶🏻 I really looked forward to a special habit in the evening before bed, including Epsom salt baths, castor oil packs and some gentle stretching 

🌿 I found I was overall more positive and more likely to choose positive habits 

🗓️ I didn't feel as overwhelmed fitting everything in and had to think about it much less !

🪞And most importantly I felt accomplished and proud of myself 🥰

✨ Week One Recap! ✨

I’m so excited to be doing this lil reset alongside you! I created this guide based on the foundations of my signature care system — The Hormone Cornerstone Method — and what I personally felt I needed to reset my habits and support my system after a full, fun summer!

Here’s how week one went ⬇️

🌿 I averaged 9/11 habits per day, with two days hitting 10/11!

🌞 Morning habits were the easiest to complete

🚶‍♀️ Getting my steps in was the most inconsistent — still a work in progress

🌿 Digestion has noticeably improved — thanks to bitters before meals and slowing down while eating

🗓️ Organizing my day made it easier to fit in workouts, friend time, and personal appointments

🧘‍♀️ I loved setting an intention each morning

🪞Not every day felt perfect — some of my end-of-day reflections included words like “tired” and “out of sorts” — but I gave myself grace knowing I was doing what I could

This reset isn’t about perfection. It’s about rhythm, regulation, and realistic habits that actually stick. I already feel more grounded, clear, and connected to my body — and we’re only halfway through. 💫

Don’t try this at home 😉🪄

I’ve dealt with my share of skin struggles—breakouts that wouldn’t quit, early signs of aging, and that constant “tired eyes” look no concealer could hide 😩. Facial acupuncture has been a game-changer for me!

Not only does it boost circulation, encourage collagen production, and reduce puffiness, but it also helps my skin look brighter, smoother, and more lifted—naturally ✨.
