The Care Company is growing, and we’re excited to share that we’re expanding our community-based Occupational Therapy (OT) program across the Central East region, including Scarborough and Durham Region.

We’re currently looking to connect with Occupational Therapists who are interested in flexible, meaningful community work supporting adults transitioning safely from hospital to home.

This role was intentionally designed to support experienced OTs who value clinical autonomy, thoughtful pacing, and strong administrative support — without the burnout that often comes with community care.

✨ Role highlights:
• Community-based OT work across Central East (Scarborough & Durham Region)
• In-home and virtual visits
• Flexible, visit-based scheduling
• Defined geographic zones to reduce travel time
• Centralized scheduling and coordination
💰 Transparent compensation, with the opportunity to earn up to $750 per day, including:
• Paid initial assessments and follow-up visits
• Paid admin time
• Mileage added
• PPE provided
🎁 Additional benefits include:
• Dental benefits
