Anytime is FRITTATA TIME and itโs for dinner tonight. ๐
A great meal choice that is packed with protein, veggies and healthy fats. Nutrient dense, easy to customize, hot or cold and easy to make.
Low carb, dairy and gluten free โฆgood for brain and heart health( choline and healthy fats ) and weight management
Recipe:
8 whole eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 cloves garlic minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Tbsp of EVO to cast iron skillet to heat up
Veggies of choice. - I find the key here for flavour is sautรฉing the veggies with onion or leeks before adding to egg mixture !! ๐ฅฆ๐ถ๏ธ๐ฅ๐ถ๏ธ๐ฅ
Preheat oven to 400
Whisk eggs, almond milk, garlic, salt and pepper until well combined.
Heat Tbsp of EVO
Choose vegetable of choice( remember to sautรฉ) and add to egg mixture
Bake about 25 min but check ahead
