Marsha Fenwick Nutrition Registered Clinical Nutritionist - Toronto and GTA Marsha Fenwick is not your typical nutritionist.

She began her 20-year career in healthcare as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, caring for prematurely born children at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and with adults at the Women’s College Hospital in Toronto. She continued in her studies to earn her certifications as a Registered Nutritional Consultant Practitioner, Certified Nutritional Practitioner, and Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner. She is a member of the Nutritional Practitioners Council of Canada. Marsha also studied with the Canadian Professional Association of Cancer Coaches and is a Certified Cancer Coach. Marsha addresses the whole person, and supports the unique expression of health and vitality for each individual. She analyzes your diet, lifestyle and environmental factors to help optimize your health and reduce symptoms of illness. Marsha's Integrative Nutrition service offers a comprehensive holistic approach to not just nutrition but lifestyle management. The nutrition analysis includes uncovering

Such a great snack or dessert …..

Just slice up into a yogurt bowl, salad or drizzle with some honey, cinnamon and chopped walnuts and bake for a sweet and easy dessert ❤️ Yummy.

Loaded with fibre, potassium, low cal and phytonutrients OR pair with some wine and cheese ..

I was given this asparagus plate as a dinner gift and couldn’t wait to serve in it.
A simple Radish and Asparagus Salad which is colourful, crunchy and loaded with nutrients.
Just blanch asparagus for about 2 min and ice bath after
Toss with radishes and greens at bottom of plate
Wisk dressing of fresh lemon juice, EVO and mustards
Drizzle and Season
Top with nuts/seeds if desired
Something new, delish and nutritious.

Anytime is FRITTATA TIME and it’s for dinner tonight. 😁

A great meal choice that is packed with protein, veggies and healthy fats. Nutrient dense, easy to customize, hot or cold and easy to make.
Low carb, dairy and gluten free …good for brain and heart health( choline and healthy fats ) and weight management

Recipe:
8 whole eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 cloves garlic minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Tbsp of EVO to cast iron skillet to heat up
Veggies of choice. - I find the key here for flavour is sautéing the veggies with onion or leeks before adding to egg mixture !! 🥦🌶️🥕🌶️🥗

Preheat oven to 400
Whisk eggs, almond milk, garlic, salt and pepper until well combined.
Heat Tbsp of EVO
Choose vegetable of choice( remember to sauté) and add to egg mixture
Bake about 25 min but check ahead
