I am passionate about your well-being & getting you back to what you enjoy most. Located in Alderwood, South Etobicoke. I am passionate about your health, well-being & getting you back to doing what you enjoy most in life. I graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Sydney in Australia. Upon graduating, I had the opportunity to work closely with the West Harbour Rugby
Union team providing on-field injury assessment & management, as well as off-field rehabilitation & return to sport training. Since returning home to Toronto, I've gained valuable experience working in various clinical settings, which have given me the ability to provide goal-oriented treatment in a diverse spectrum of environments. I am consistently seeking out the best ways to get my patients back on track & have added a significant number of skills to aid in treating my patients including but not limited to Concussion & Vestibular rehabilitation, Functional Dry-needling, Running Gait Analysis, McKenzie MDT, Rehabilitation Pilates, Power-Lifting Rehabilitation, Mulligan’s techniques, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) & TPI (Titleist Professional Institute) training. I am a fully certified Emergency First Responder & am a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapists. I have volunteered at the Pan-Am & Para Pan-Am Games in Toronto, helping to provide my medical expertise to diagnose & treat a variety of injuries. When i'm not busy working, you might catch a glimpse of me catching fly-balls in the outfield, running or cycling with my family through the streets of Etobicoke, hitting up one of the many outdoor tennis or basketball courts of Toronto, or hiking the many trails Ontario has to offer.
