Plastic surgery is never one-size-fits-all.
Different bodies. Different anatomy. Different goals.
That’s why treatment plans are always individualized 🩷

Being petite doesn’t automatically mean a mini tummy tuck is the right choice.

Surgery decisions aren’t based on size alone. They’re based on anatomy:
• where loose skin sits
• muscle separation
• overall contour goals

This is why two patients who look “small” may need very different surgical plans.

Myth: Ozempic replaces surgery

Ozempic can help with weight loss.
It doesn’t tighten skin.

After significant weight loss, some patients are left with loose skin that won’t improve on its own.

Weight loss changes the scale.
Surgery changes shape.

Different tools. Different goals.

Healing fast ≠ healed.

The danger window is often when you feel great but your body is still recovering.
Post-op instructions matter every time.

Ever wonder how much breast implants actually weigh?

Implant weight varies with size — and it’s something worth considering in addition to how implants look.

From smaller, more subtle volumes to larger implants, weight can influence comfort, posture, and how implants feel over time.

Education matters when it comes to making informed choices.

“Breast implants need to be replaced every 10 years.”

This is one of the most common myths I hear — and it’s not true.

Breast implants do not have a fixed “expiration date.”
If you’re past the 10-year mark, feeling well, and your routine imaging is clear, there’s usually no medical requirement to change them.

Implants aren’t designed to last forever, but how long they last is highly individual.
Some people may need surgery sooner. Others may never.

The right time to change implants is based on your body, your imaging, and your goals — not the calendar.

💬 Have you been told you must change implants at 10 years?
