We are closed for the Statutory holiday and will be taking Lambert to our annual Canada Day Jays game at the Dome - along with my Mum - for her first live baseball game!

However you spend the day, we hope you enjoy this time to celebrate Canada’s 158th birthday.

We will be open as per usual tomorrow, Wednesday, at 11am and it’s our late night opening until 7pm on Wednesday evenings so you’ll get to stay a little longer and visit with Maddie!

It is Grilled Cheese Challenge Day today on Lake Shore 👏👏👏👏

For the first time since we opened, the Grilled Cheese Challenge does not fall on World Wide Knit In Public Day (WWKIP) and while we would normally be celebrating both events on the same day, this year we get to enjoy them one week apart!

Come down and visit us today to see all the fun festivities and try all the delicious grilled cheese competition entries.

Lake Shore is closed so you can still bring a chair and can sit outside and watch the world go by and knit or crochet 🧶

We will be celebrating WWKIP next week with different plans … watch this space for more details!
