Heal Your Life Coaching is a transformative process that focuses on solutions by partnering with the client to expand their vision of what is possible, then collaborating to create an inspirational step-by-step daily plan to maximize personal and professional potential using techniques developed by Louise Hay including the creation and delivery of affirmations, mirror work, journaling, guided image meditation, visualization, workshop interaction and experiencing joy.
What is Heal Your Life Coaching?
While much of the Heal Your Life Coaching is similar to Life Coaching there are some areas with important differences. One of the fundamentals of Louise Hay’s work is that loving yourself is part of the solution, regardless of the part of your life you want to change. Throughout the Coaching process, I work with you, introducing and expanding upon techniques to love and accept yourself as part of the coaching process which means Heal Your Life® Coaching can help improve every area of life.
A Spiritual Philosophy
Because Heal Your Life Coaching is based on a spiritual philosophy, we know there is a Power and a Presence within us that guides and directs us. Our approach to coaching places an emphasis on BEING more than DOING and works with the Law of Attraction. As a Heal Your Life Coach one of my goals is to work with you to connect with your Knowing Self, the spiritual or intuitive part of yourself that has all the answers.
