Valentine’s Day gratitude drop-off 💝

Today, Asley Mae Pajatin from Sunrise Mississauga and Modern Angels Healthcare had the pleasure of doing a small Valentine’s Day drop-off for the incredible hospital social workers who show up every day for patients and families.

Social workers are often the quiet backbone of the healthcare system; navigating complex discharges, advocating for patient dignity, and supporting families during some of their hardest moments. Especially in senior care, their role is essential and deeply impactful.

We’re grateful for the collaboration, trust, and compassion you bring into the hospital setting, and we’re always happy to support continuity of care beyond discharge so seniors can remain safe, supported, and well at home.
