You asked for more from our programming — so we listened.

Starting March 29, we’ll be moving from CrossFit Affiliate Programming to Mayhem Affiliate Programming.

For those unfamiliar, Mayhem is the programming created by Rich Froning, a 10-time champion at the CrossFit Games, and the same programming used at Mayhem CrossFit.

It’s one of the most widely used CrossFit programs in the world.

What you can expect:

💪 More structured programming
🏋️ Clear strength progressions in major lifts
📈 An easier way to track your strength progress

Your membership will also include additional programming streams like:

🔥 Bodybuilding
🚴 Spin
🏆 Monthly challenges

Don’t worry — it’s still CrossFit, it’s still hard, and it will absolutely still get you super fit.
