Dr Emily attended “Prom for Shelter” last night benefiting the and hosted by .ca_realestate ! We also donated a few visits with our team for their silent auction. We love supporting such an amazing cause and seeing all our neighbors dance the night away! Do my feet hurt today? Yes! Will I stretch and wear comfortable shoes for the rest of the week? Yes! Did I also need a nap today? Yes! But was it so worth it? Absolutely!

Your scars are not imperfections, but a sign that you’re really LIVED! That you put put yourself out there, pushed yourself and tried new things. That you didn’t hesitate but put your whole self into whatever it is that you love to do. Or that you were hurt or sick but that your body healed. And you may have fallen down but that you got back up and kept going. So be proud of them- for they are a map of your history of bravery and strength.

Last Friday was Pam’s 2 year massage-a-versary with us! And how lucky are we to have found her to join our team?! Her practice has grown quickly, her hours have expanded and everyone’s given us rave reviews about her “angel hands”. We are thankful to have her to co manage our awesome patients with!
