If it will- then do take time to think and feel about it. The best part of getting older is perspective. You’ve been through some hard things, so you know what really matters and what doesn’t. Dr Emily’s sewing project continues- super hero edition face covers will be in the clinic next week! When’s the last time you tried something new? Or worked on something you’re not good at? Studies show that the area in our brain for learning/new things tends to shrink as we age (especially as gain mastery/get better at the things we always do!)… so try to be a beginner again. It’s good for us! And it’s also very humbling🤣 Wishing you all a lovely long weekend with time to do whatever you want!
