Your lenses go through a lot every day — makeup, dust, fingerprints, temperature changes… and how you clean them makes a big difference 👀

Here’s the right way to care for your glasses and protect your anti-reflective coating:

✔ Rinse your lenses with lukewarm (or cool) water first to remove dust
✔ Use a small drop of mild dish soap to gently remove oils
✔ Dry with a clean microfiber cloth
✔ Use optometrist-approved lens cleaner when you're on the go
✖ Avoid household cleaners, paper towels, or cleaning with your shirt

A few small habits can help your lenses last longer and stay crystal clear ✨

Did you know that watery eyes are actually a common sign of Dry Eye Disease? 💧👁️

Winter weather—cold air, wind, and indoor heating—can really take a toll on your eyes, leading to grittiness, redness, and irritation. This often happens when your oil glands aren’t working quite right.

If you’re experiencing dry eye symptoms — not just in the winter — don’t ignore them. Book a dry eye assessment and get the relief you deserve. 🏥📱

Did you know your eye muscles are the most active muscles in your body?

That’s why giving your eyes regular breaks is so important - especially if you spend long hours on screens.

Try the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

Your eyes work hard for you. Take care of them.

February is AMD Awareness Month.

Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is a common eye condition that affects central vision and can make everyday activities like reading, driving, and recognizing faces more difficult.

The good news? Early detection makes a difference. Comprehensive eye exams, including advanced imaging like OCT, allow us to detect changes early and closely monitor your eye health.

If you’re 50 or older or have risk factors such as smoking, high blood pressure, or a family history of AMD, regular eye exams are essential.

Your vision matters — let’s protect it together. 💙

📍 Book your comprehensive eye exam today.

Stop squinting and start scrolling 👇

Ever notice your neck or shoulders hurting after a long day on the computer?
It might not be “tech neck”… it could be your glasses.

If you’re always tilting your head or leaning closer to the screen to see clearly, your prescription might be outdated — or your glasses might not be fitting the way they should.

When your glasses aren’t doing the job, your body tries to compensate. And those small movements you make all day? They add up.

Your glasses might be the issue if:

👓 You tilt your head back to see through the bottom of your lenses
💻 Your neck pain gets worse after screen time
👃 Your glasses keep sliding down your nose
🤕 You get headaches at the end of the day

It’s always important to keep your eye exam up to date and have your glasses adjusted regularly.”
👉 Book your eye exam or stop by for an adjustment anytime.
