I love pasta salad. I love Greek salad. So why not put them together?

A little tuna for protein, some cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and feta, and a quick lemon-oregano dressing to tie it all together. Fresh, simple, and exactly the kind of thing I want for lunch.

The recipe’s up on my blog now if you want to give it a try.

I can remember criticizing my body as far back as high school.
My legs, especially.

It’s a story I’ve been carrying for decades — one I’m still working through.

But here’s what I’m learning: the way I talk to my body matters.
It’s less about how it looks and more about what it lets me do.

I don’t have it all figured out.
It’s still a work in progress.
But I’m shifting from judgment toward something gentler.

A little more respect.

A little more kindness.

Fennel doesn’t get nearly enough love, but I think it should. I paired thinly sliced fennel with crisp apples, red onion, peppery arugula, toasted pumpkin seeds, and a tangy citrus dressing, then added a little crumbled goat cheese to bring it all together.

It’s fresh, crunchy, and so simple to make. The full recipe’s up on my blog if you want to give it a try.

Lately, I’ve been questioning the way I’ve been doing things
in my coaching, in how I talk about health, and what actually feels helpful.

Some things still feel right.
Some things don’t.
So I’m shifting.

Not throwing everything out.
But moving toward something that feels more real and more aligned with how I want to support women now.

I love peaches and was thinking about what I could do differently with them, so I figured, why not swap out the tomatoes in a caprese-style salad and use grilled peaches instead?

Add some burrata, arugula, toasted walnuts, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze, and it all comes together without much effort.

The full recipe is available on my blog; be sure to check it out while peaches are still in season. Link in bio.

Barely there bars. No buzz. Still, I checked my phone.

Why? Habit? Reflex? FOMO?

Whatever it was, it made me stop and think.

With another trip to the cottage coming up, I’ve been remembering what that kind of quiet gives back, the kind that doesn’t need a signal to feel connected.

This Salsa Chicken Pasta is one of those meals that’s stuck around. My sister-in-law shared the recipe with me years ago (it was her friend Shauna’s), and I’ve been making it ever since.

I’ve made a few tweaks, nothing fancy, just little things that make it work for how I cook. There’s a bit of prep, but it comes together really well, and the flavours are fresh and simple.

I just posted the full recipe on my blog. I highly recommend checking it out - this is so delicious.

This morning, I noticed I wasn’t walking in a straight line on the path I take.

Nothing unusual, just shifting a bit here and there without really thinking about it.

And it made me wonder why we expect life to move in a perfectly straight line, when most of the time, it doesn’t.

This week’s blog post is a short reflection on that.

“Sideways Still Counts” is now up on my blog.

Black bean salad is something I've made for years, but this time I thought, why not add quinoa?

It holds up well if you want to make it ahead. I used tri-colour quinoa (because I like the look and texture), but any kind works. The lime dressing is simple, and the jalapeño gives it just the right amount of kick.

Top it with avocado or a bit of queso fresco, or just eat it straight from the bowl!

The full recipe’s up on my blog. It's great for lunches, so I usually double the recipe.

Have you tried adding quinoa to your salads?

I used to think aging well meant staying ahead of it, looking like I hadn’t aged at all.

But lately, my definition has shifted.

Now, it’s less about chasing how I used to look and more about feeling strong, steady, and clear-headed in the life I’m living right now.

In my latest blog post, I’m sharing how my own perspective on aging has changed and why I think we need to stop treating it like a flaw to fix.

"Aging Isn’t the Enemy, So Why Are We Treating It Like One?" is now up on my blog.

Chicken avocado burgers might sound basic, but they’ve become one of the most requested meals in my house. I first came across the idea on ’s site a while back, made a few changes, and now this version is my go-to.

They’re perfect on the BBQ and even better topped with my roasted jalapeño avocado sauce.

The full recipe is available on my blog; it yields 12 burgers, as you'll want leftovers, and they freeze well too.

Have you tried making your own chicken burgers? I’d love to hear how you serve them!

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about where my time and energy go and whether the things I’m doing actually line up with what matters most to me.

It’s easy to stay busy. It’s harder to stay aligned.

In my latest blog post, I’m sharing a few questions that helped me check in with myself… and might help you do the same.
