HOEM on Jarvis A modern student residence in the heart of the Ryerson District. HOEM is a place to come together, engage, learn, experience and grow.

HOEM is fully equipped with everything you need to thrive as a student. Study spaces, activity rooms, and a maker space are available for academic and creative projects. Health and wellness spaces are also onsite, including a fully equipped gym and yoga studio.
