Reiki is an energetic healing modality that was rediscovered by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui who developed a system of healing based on transferring energy through the hands. A Reiki session promotes relaxation, pain relief, emotional balance, detoxification and healing on all levels. Depending on your intention for the session, Reiki supports the healing of past trauma, unhealthy habits, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, insomnia, migraines, weak immune systems and so much more.
