Eye Creams, Eye Patches and Face Masks — how long will the effect last?
As a minimalist, I always stick to the “quality > quantity” method, and usually don’t fall for impulsive “anti-aging” advertisements when shopping.
Of course, I use creams and oils for my face, sometimes even wear masks & eye patches, but ONLY ‼️for moisturizing reasons when I feel that my skin feels a bit dry. Also for a good mood 😉 but definitely not for anti-aging.
To get rid of the inner issues, we must:
▫️take spasm off the face & body
▫️relax the neck
▫️get rid of excess liquids
▫️work on the central part of the face (not just the eyes, for wrinkles / eye bags)
The truth is that these surface creams and oils only help to keep up the conditions of our upper skin, not even entire skin, if they are rich with vitamins. But they don’t fix the root of aging problems. The result is temporary, if so.
But 🤩 when you take off muscle spasms, then we can help our face by getting rid of the unnecessary liquids, and restoring blood circulation, because our blood nourishes our skin the most. Face Yoga then helps to strengthen the muscles to bring the younger, refreshed overlook back 😍
