(Henley Gardens) in the east end of Toronto. Kate is graduate of Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic. She has experience with high and low risk pregnancy massage, palliative care massage, seniors, mental health, relaxation/wellness and sports massage. Her interest in massage came after experiencing the healing and positive effect it can have on the whole body. She also has an interest in Reiki and has completed the Reiki Ryoho and Okuden practitioner training. Kate graduated from the Institute of Traditional Medicines' Contemplative End of Life Care certificate program and is a volunteer with home hospice through the Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities (SCHC). Away from work Kate lives in the Birchcliff/Hunt Club/Kingston Rd village with her partner and their 3 children. She enjoys playing and coaching youth hockey. During the warmer months Kate can be found camping in Northern Ontario and in the winter, in front of the chalet fire while her family is skiing. Kate is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
