Friendly Reminder: Reschedule If You’re Feeling Unwell

As flu season approaches, we kindly ask all clients to be mindful of their health when coming in for appointments. If you are feeling unwell—experiencing symptoms such as coughing, a runny nose, or fever—we request that you reschedule your appointment.

As professionals, we work with multiple clients daily, and if one sick client comes in, it puts us at risk of illness, which can lead to days of cancellations and disruptions for many other clients. To maintain a safe and healthy environment, we will refuse service to clients showing visible signs of illness, and the deposit will be forfeited.

To avoid losing your deposit, please reschedule as soon as you start feeling unwell. Your deposit will be applied to a future appointment once you’re feeling better. This small step helps protect not just our artists but also all clients relying on our services.
