Serene Waters Wellness Clinic - Spring Newsletter
Serene Waters Wellness Clinic welcomes the new year with what promises to be a great year ahead. The warmer than normal temperatures in January and February may lead to an earlier than normal spring with lots of sunshine and vitamin D in abundance.
Enjoy the sunshine but be mindful of black ice on sidewalks and roadways.
Congratulations to Vivienne, after four long years of work and university, she will be graduating this spring with her Bachelor’s Degree in Hispanic Studies. Moving into May she will be presenting her proposal thesis at the Canadian College of Osteopathy (where she graduated after completing 5 years of Osteo training in 2016), to obtain her Osteo billing number. Her thesis will focus on acid reflex and heartburn in women in their 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy. She will be collecting research early summer of 2023 and presenting her thesis in May of 2024. If you are experiencing heartburn in pregnancy or know of someone who is, and would like to participate in the case study, please contact the office.
Office update……Vivienne has retired her old laser as it has been discontinued and will be working with a new Cold Laser therapy machine that dramatically helps in the elimination of pain, reduction of inflammation and acceleration of tissue healing. This safe system fosters faster healing times, and expands the depth into the targeted tissue area.
As Vivienne’s current school schedule comes to an end, she will be accepting new clients for both Osteo and Massage Therapy. Please contact the office via phone call or text to 647-858-1455 or email at serenewaterswellnessclinic@gmail.com to book your appointment.
With the nicer weather approaching take time to enjoy the small things in life…
