Need to brush up on your CPR? Learn comprehensive first aid and CPR techniques for emergency response in the home or workplace in the Canadian Red Cross, Standard First Aid with CPR C course at Selkirk College - Trail Campus.

The "SFA with CPR C" course is considered equivalent to WorkSafeBC Intermediate First Aid and is taking place this weekend (January 17th & 18th).

Winter is an ideal season to explore the world of birds!

Selkirk College, Trail Campus will be hosting this 2-part course facilitated by Dr. Lisa Buckley. The focus will be on birds that are native to this region and are present throughout the year, as well as those that visit our gardens and feeders during the winter season. Students will learn the fundamentals of bird identification, including features and songs.

Explore the rich language and culture of Italy in this fun and relaxed class at Selkirk College Trail Campus. Selkirk College Trail Campus is hosting a Standard First Aid with CPR C course on December 10th & 11th. This two-day course is equivalent to WorkSafeBC Intermediate First Aid.

Learn comprehensive first aid and CPR techniques for emergency response in the home or workplace. Practice a variety of topics, from cardiovascular and breathing emergencies and prevention of disease transmission to more severe sudden medical injuries to the head and spine. Learn the use of an automated external defibrillator.

This training is eligible for Future Skills Grant funding. Become a Red Cross First Aid Instructor. This course combines the online and in classroom components to prepare you for a Supervised Teaching Experience, and to obtain your instructor certification.
