On Mon Nov 17 we are launching our new Monday Night class in Trail!

For this class, no need to sign up in advance, show up for a free Kundalini Yoga experience from 6-715 pm.

Kundalini is a lineage of yoga that incorporates movement, breathwork, mantra, and kriya. Each class has a specific focus and the Kriyas are like a recipe for the class to attain the benefits that the class is focused on. Each class is unique and has less free flowing than the Hatha lineage most people are used to.

The magic comes during the class as you challenge your body and mind while connecting with your breath, and tuning into the subtleties of prana (energy).
After a Kundalini class you will ... Oh wait, I won't give that away...come try it out and see for yourself!

Hey Everyone! Meet the newest addition to our teaching team...Angela Grace

Angela is a passionate instructor, new to Kootenay Sol, but with over 25 years of experience in the Iyengar tradition (known for strict alignment and precision), She integrates somatic release, mental wellbeing, compassion and humour into her classes. Her classes are beginner friendly with all levels and abilities welcome. She offers classes on Mondays in Castlegar: Strength & Balance 530pm and Rest & Restore at 7 pm.
On Fridays in Trail Strength & Balance 10am

Angela is a passionate yoga instructor with 25 years experience in the Iyengar tradition (known for strict alignment and precision). Angela offers a Strength & Balance class in Trail on Fridays at 10am, and in Castlegar on Mondays at 530pm.
She also offers a nourishing Rest & Restore class at 7pm Mondays in Castlegar.

Yin Yoga is returning to the Trail studio on Wednesday evenings from 7-815pm.

Avril will be leading this wonderful, slow, deep Yin practice, the perfect way to slow down from the chaos of daily life.
Take time to turn inward and spend some quality time with the self. Breathe deeply and let go of your tension and stress.
