Hi everyone, the Brighton library has invited me to give this free talk. Come by if you want!
*** FREE TALK: INTRO TO TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE ***
Tues April 28, 6:30 pm
Brighton Public Library (35 Alice Street)
Are you facing health challenges you haven't found answers for (e.g. digestive, hormonal health, chronic pain or fatigue, anxiety or insomnia)? Looking for a new, natural perspective on your mind and body, that has thousands of years of clinical experience behind it? Wondering if you could use methods along with your regular health care, or if the two approaches would conflict?
You may have seen the viral Tik Toks on Chinese dietary and lifestyle hacks, or heard about ginseng, reishi, acupuncture or acupressure. These ideas hail from a medical tradition dating over 2500 years old, called Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). TCM has evolved with the times, and includes herbal medicine, nutrition, acupuncture, acupressure, qi gong, tai chi and many other aspects. Bring all your health questions to this introductory talk about TCM, by a local, licensed practitioner with over 14 years clinical experience supporting people through complex, chronic illnesses.
