I’m now offering a little at home retreat! I’ve done wellness events over the years & absolutely love it. And what a perfect combo to offer, right?! It’s only 3 1/2 hours! 😌

• 5 people
• $75.00 per 20 minute massage (receipts can be reimbursed by insurance provider)
• $25.00 per person for yoga, followed by journaling
• 0.59 travel fee (Pictou County only)

Putting together one of my favourite treatments before bed! 90 mins of yoga, and massage. NOT to be confused with yogassage.

This is a custom treatment. Either 30 mins of yoga, and an hour massage. Or 45 mins of yoga, and 45 mins of massage put together just for you! 😌

You get to take home the detailed sequence of the yoga, and if you have questions you can simply Google the poses or send me a msg & I attach it to your file just in case you lose it!
