Tomorrow is my last yoga session for the summer (other than the wellness ideas I’m planning!)

It can be overwhelming running a business on your own, planning classes in a small space with limited room, offering poor availability because of my full time job massaging.

I love both, believe me. I’m so passionate, it’s draining me. But I am falling behind on my direct billing, can’t catch up on yard work and I am a one person trying to expand on my other business ideas and my motivation is crashing.

I will post the wellness events in June 🫶🏼 have a great summer!

Hey Pictou County! 👋

My name is Samantha Francis. Quick little bio!

I am a mother to a 17 year old, with two cats and one dog! My heart belongs to Brandon G. We come from the Mikmaq tribe, living in Pictou Landing, NS.

I have been a self employed massage therapist since 2017. I explored my love for yoga, and got certified in my 200 hours in Baptiste Vinyasa in 2020. Since covid kind of slowed things down, I had no choice but to wait, but finally combined the both and got my certificate for yogassage in 2023. And recently, I am certificated to do facial massages as well and direct bill in all trainings.

You can find me outside doing yard work, or enjoying the sun on the patio with a glass of wine & making life zen. 🧘🏻‍♀️ I plan to expand my services, and offer the spa vibes to my clients to go along with my treatments 🩷
