Trimettes was founded 50 years ago when a need was identified to help women with their weight loss goals. It has morphed into so much more over the 50 years and life long friends have been made. At the weekly meetings there are open discussions on weight loss challenges and idea's, exercise idea's and general wellness issues women face today. Each month a guest speaker from the community speaks on subjects such as health issues, exercise, fashion and so much more.
