A great time had by all at the Quinte West Chamber Of Commerce for their 75th Anniversary! Avail Massage and Avail Veterans Medical Trenton were there. Thank you to the Chamber for the live music, the wonderful food, and the social networking night.

The holiday season can often be overwhelming. While looking after your physical self, it is also important to look after your emotional self. Sometimes small moments of the holiday at a time is the best way to enjoy. You can always see the train at a distance so you are not in the crowd and still hear the music. Bring a hot chocolate with you. And if you feel like donating a food item, that is a way of also making you feel a part of something without the full involvement.
