It’s been brought to our attention that Epicure’s website is turned back on, but this is NOT a relaunch of the company. Instead, we’ve been informed that the trustee/bankruptcy department—not Epicure itself—is authorizing a temporary flash sale to pay off unpaid debts.
What This Means for Us:
• No commissions or credit will be given to ambassadors for sales made.
• Many customer orders from the past few weeks are still pending delivery. Some have arrived since Friday, but not all—this raises concerns about purchasing more before existing orders are fulfilled.
• Uncertainty around warranties, returns, and customer service—if customers have issues, how will they be resolved?
• Potential buyers are watching. A fully stocked warehouse could make a successful relaunch possible, but if everything is sold off, it could delay the process significantly.
This is our company, built over the last 25+ years by us—ambassadors who have poured our hearts into sharing recipes, tips, solutions, and community. We need to stand together in support of our field and ensure our voices are heard.

2️⃣ The last thing we want is you purchasing during this sale, only to have issues with missing products, no support, or no warranty.
