After travelling thousands of miles through the rugged norther wilderness, we finally found the pine trees we will be harvesting our pine pollen from this year!

We'll be out with our crew in about 2 weeks to catch the short 10 day window we have to pull it off. LET'S GO!

Every year we spend hundreds of hours reading forestry maps and travel thousands of miles to figure out where to find the best pine trees to harvest from.

Because when it comes to pine pollen. Not all pine trees are equal.

Some are too big, too small, too bushy, some are unproductive and some are impossible to access.

Some will produce a lot of pine pollen one year and the next none.

So we have to continuously find and monitor different patches to make sure that when time comes we will have enough to harvest for the year.

Almost never in history have people used powdered supplements.

It's all teas, tinctures, decoctions, baths.

The reason is all the nutrients are trapped in the cellulose structure of plants or the chitin structure of mushrooms which makes it really hard fro your body to access them.

It's ridiculously less bio-available and powders decay quickly when stored.

This was the first pine pollen Jar we harvested in 2021 whilst we where off picking fire morels in the mountains of British-Columbia.

That Jar is what seeded our idea to create Boreome.

We've been working around the clock to stock up our USA distribution centre before the potential tariffs hits.

Isabelle and I (Simon) filtered, filled, labeled and packed 4500 bottles by hand this week.

Shipment going out tomorrow. Time for some rest.
