FINALLY FOUND THE BEST STRETCH FOR A STIFF NECK!!!

🙏🏻

Here's what you do (there is a trick to this so please read):

1. Lie on your back (floor is the best so your hips don't sink)
2. Bend the knee of the affected side
3. Grab the ankle of the bent knee
4. Opposite HOLDS the back of your head.
5. HERE'S THE TRICK: With your hand on the ankle, SLOWLY slide your leg forward to increase the stretch as needed.

Try to NOT pull your head to the side. You are really trying to increase the intensity of this stretch by holding on your ankle as you slide your leg away.

We do remain open and in order to to do so we need your support. Although our numbers remain low in this region we are asking that when you come for your appointments to not stop and do errands at other places before coming in.
