7 Week Chakra Hot Yoga Flow Series with Jill

As we transition from summer and move into the cooler and shorter days, this is an opportune time to move more inwardly, to quiet the mind from the outside world as we ground and come back to ourselves.
During this seven week hot yoga series, we will visit the seven chakra energy centres of the body, bringing balance to the entire body while integrating these changes throughout.

Class dates: Sundays 10 am - 11 am

We are currently looking for billet families to join our team for the upcoming 2025-26 MHL season!

Hosting a player is an amazing way to support junior hockey in our community while building lifelong friendships. Billet families provide a safe, welcoming home for players who move to Amherst and in return, you gain a new member of the family (plus some extra cheering in the stands!).
