⏰ 60 Minutes | Standard Care
A balanced, full-body session or focused work on 2-3 areas. Great for regular maintenance, stress relief, and overall muscle tension.
⏰ 80 Minutes | Comprehensive Treatment
Perfect for those who want it all. This session allows time for deeper attention to chronic tension, injuries, or recovery needs-without feeling rushed.

These sessions are available by contact-to-book only.This helps ensure the right amount of time is reserved and prevents scheduling overlaps.
