We are so excited to be hosting a Holiday Paint Night with on December 18th! We will be painting beautiful holiday signs using their Creative Kits, all supplies provided! We look forward to seeing everyone’s creativity🎨

Join us at our next Social Drop-in on Wednesday, November 27 from 1pm - 3pm at the Hospice office (89 Queen Street) for a cookie swap. Enjoy conversation, share your favourite recipe, and taste some delicious cookies for an afternoon.

Our social drop-in sessions are an opportunity to come together to meet new people in a social setting for anyone who is grieving the death of someone important in their life.

World Mental Health Day is recognized on October 10 each year.

Are you looking for a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings? Are you seeking support but feeling hesitant due to financial concerns? Look no further!

We are thrilled to offer FREE mental health counseling services with two students on our team for their internship phase of their Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program from Yorkville University.

We have virtual and in person appointments available for residents of Nova Scotia.

The NS government announced a significant increase in the support available for survivors of human trafficking, and other violent crimes. They increased the financial support for victim counselling, made the program available for longer, and opened the program up to more Nova Scotians.

*Art sales go live at 6pm on Friday, October 18th, and The Craig Gallery will be open 6pm-8pm with volunteers able to help anyone requiring assistance making an online purchase. The Gallery will re-open at 9am on Saturday, October 19th.

We’ll be diving into the basics of mental health and wellness. These presentations are open to everyone looking to expand their knowledge, gain new insights, and learn how to support their own well-being and that of others.
