🌍 Mental Health in Uncertain Times 💬
Feeling unsettled by everything happening in the world? You’re not alone.

Uncertainty—about the economy, global conflicts, politics, climate change, or community safety—can deeply impact our mental well-being. It can lead to stress, anxiety, burnout, and more.

But there are ways to cope. And we can take meaningful steps together—personally and as a community.

Let’s keep talking, connecting, and taking care of ourselves—and each other. 💚

📖 Go online to CMHA National and read this powerful article on how uncertainty affects our mental health and what we can do to protect it:

You Matter Too. 💚 Even in a crowd, it’s possible to feel completely alone.

If you’re struggling, overwhelmed, or just trying to keep it together — please know this: you are not invisible, and you are not alone.

Self-care isn’t a luxury — it’s a necessity. It's okay to pause. To reach out. To rest. To say no. To ask for help. 💬

You matter — your needs, your feelings, your wellbeing. Prioritize yourself like you would a friend. Because you deserve the same kindness you give to others.

Today, of Yourself

✨ In honour of International Self-Care Day (July 24), we invite you to reflect on what recharges you. Make space for it. Honor it. You deserve that time.

🧘‍♀️ Self-care isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether it’s a walk in nature, talking to a friend, setting boundaries, or simply getting enough rest—it counts. Even small acts, done consistently, can make a big difference.
