your diet can have an effect on your tinnitus? 🤔

Tinnitus is a condition often experienced in tandem with hearing loss, described as a constant ringing, buzzing, or hissing sound heard within the ear. 👂

Many people with tinnitus report that certain dietary habits can trigger or worsen their tinnitus. ⚠

These include caffeine, alcohol, high doses of aspirin, and excessive salt in their diet.

Dietary changes are only one of the many ways to help lessen the effects of tinnitus.
