I am SO grateful for the practice of Yoga, and the people that allow me to share with them, always, but even more so during this ‘odd’ time. While I am not comfortable sharing in person for the next few months, I am beyond BLESSED to be sharing with an online group. Please take a moment to read a few of the messages (below) I've received from some of the Members lately. Yoga is such an amazing practice....but we have to actually practice to receive the benefits💜. Are you ready to join us? I prerecord 5 new classes each week and upload them on Sun, Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri at 8am. Each class is 30-60 minutes with a wide variety of practices – Yin, Yin/Yang, YogaHIIT, Chair, Pose Tutorials, Meditations, Chanting, Restorative, Flowing, Strengthening, Stretching and my latest 20 hr YTT of Isometric, Somatics and Yoga. Plus there is a library of over a 100 practices to review/do as serves you. I am striving to keep the cost low, but the quality high🙏. $30 for your first month and $20 each month thereafter.
