“Ever wonder why I make you move after a RAPID session? 😏”

Here’s the reason: when you feel pain, your first instinct is often to stop moving — your brain wants to protect you. But sometimes your nervous system overreacts, keeping the alarm going even when your body is perfectly safe.

That’s why at RAPID we teach: Move it to prove it. Every safe, intentional movement sends three powerful messages to your brain:

1️⃣ Feel – sensory feedback from touch and motion
2️⃣ Do – the act of moving itself
3️⃣ Believe – reassurance that movement is safe

Together, these messages help your brain “relearn” how to respond, turning down the pain alarm and letting your body move freely again. You don’t need to push through pain — you just need to move with purpose.
