Please book appointments ahead of time to ensure availability.

How would you like to work an 8 hr work day but only get paid for 5?!
Would it make you angry? Frustrated? Annoyed?
Would you expect compensation?

That’s what a no show fee is for - it’s for the time I have set aside for you.
It’s a monetary reflection of respect for my time.

I could have offered the appointment time to someone else.
I could have used the time for doing paperwork.
I could have went for a walk outside in the sunshine to settle the rage.

I send out text reminders and emails reminders.
There is zero excuse.

Call, text, leave a voicemail, reschedule it online - do anything but not show up without notice.

I’m honestly over it.
Sorry, not sorry.

Central Nova Chiropractic will be closed Friday Dec 20 at 4pm, reopening Monday January 6 at 8am

Friendly reminder to book your end of year appointments in advance!!
I will do my very best to accommodate last minute requests - however, please understand that may not be possible.
I am 1 person and there are only so many reasonable working hours in a day.

It was just brought to my attention that Google has a fun feature that takes you to a third-party website that appears you’re booking an appointment, but it actually has no direct connection to me or my booking site!!
Apparently it’s not a quick and easy thing to delete - I actually have to reach out to Google Bots and ask them to disconnect the ridiculous feature. Funnnnnnnn!!

Picture 1 is what shows up on Google with the Book Online option (that isn’t actually me)
Picture 2 is the “confirmation” email someone received from the 3rd party site when attempting to book an appointment - note the fine print that says it’s not actually confirmed and to still reach out to the practitioner 🙄🫤
