If you don’t have a primary care provider, or need care before you’re able to see your regular provider, you can visit the Northern Zone Mobile Health and Wellness Team’s Nurse Practitioner Clinic for non-urgent health concerns, like:
-Prescription refills or renewals
-Minor respiratory symptoms
-Sore throat, earaches, fever, headache, rashes
-Minor gastrointestinal concerns (vomiting and diarrhea)
-Cough, flu or cold symptoms
-Urinary Tract infections
-Muscle pain, minor pelvic or abdominal pain
-Blood pressure control
-Smoking cessation
Bring your health card, a list of your medications and your pharmacy name. No appointment required.
