ZOOM YOGA+WELLNESS WORKSHOPS! Awaken and align your body and mind with a 55 min energizing practice complemented by a 20 min group session that focuses on a wholistic approach to wellness and manifesting one’s goals. Connect live and converse with a community of others also cultivating health, balance and happiness.

The physical practice is tailored to all levels and reflects the members of the group. The awareness practices are to deepen the transformational aspects of yoga. Informed by training in life coaching and NLP as well as the explorations of Chopra, Julia Cameron, Eckhart Tolle, Dr. Brene Brown, etc., this focus is to nurture harmony of mind and body -- on and off the mat!

5 x 75mins session = $95

ENERGIZING MIND & BODY WORKSHOP Gentle Hatha Flow then focus on self-care and recharging energy to better navigate stress, create possibilities and nurture well being. TUES / THURS 10am

ACHIEVING HEALTH & FITNESS GOALS Power Flow Yoga and then connect to your inner strength and motivation with strategies that help you achieve consistency and success. Apply these same principles to other areas of your life. WED / FRI 10am

I’ve been a wellness coach and yoga instructor since 2010. I enjoy nurturing a wholistic approach to wellness. When the mind and body are finding harmony, there is a natural peace and vitality that extends beyond the mat.

I certified with BCRPA, then completed my 200 hrs through Semperviva Studios. I’ve enjoyed teaching in studios, gyms, preschools, businesses and resorts. I've created specialized workshops, both locally and internationally. Although my classes aim to create a high level of energy, I emphasize “listening” to the body as a primary part of practice. Fostering awareness between mind, body and breath encourages the poses to evolve naturally with ease. I strive to make my classes enjoyable to all fitness levels by offering options of poses and a compassionate approach to the practice.

Currently I'm offering a multifaceted online practice that engages in deepening the transformational aspects of yoga. Training in life coaching and NLP informs a positive approach to nurturing joy and well being. A 55 minute physical practice is complemented by a 20 min session that focuses on a wholistic approach to wellness and on manifesting one’s goals.
