I’ve been a wellness coach and yoga instructor since 2010. I enjoy nurturing a wholistic approach to wellness. When the mind and body are finding harmony, there is a natural peace and vitality that extends beyond the mat.
I certified with BCRPA, then completed my 200 hrs through Semperviva Studios. I’ve enjoyed teaching in studios, gyms, preschools, businesses and resorts. I've created specialized workshops, both locally and internationally. Although my classes aim to create a high level of energy, I emphasize “listening” to the body as a primary part of practice. Fostering awareness between mind, body and breath encourages the poses to evolve naturally with ease. I strive to make my classes enjoyable to all fitness levels by offering options of poses and a compassionate approach to the practice.
Currently I'm offering a multifaceted online practice that engages in deepening the transformational aspects of yoga. Training in life coaching and NLP informs a positive approach to nurturing joy and well being. A 55 minute physical practice is complemented by a 20 min session that focuses on a wholistic approach to wellness and on manifesting one’s goals.
