If your “diabetic socks” don’t stretch… they’re not diabetic socks.
They’re just tight socks with a fancy label. 😅

Here’s the truth most people don’t know:

👉 Real diabetic socks are NON-binding
They stretch every direction so they don’t pinch or leave marks.

👉 They shouldn’t restrict circulation
For diabetes, neuropathy & MS — good blood flow is everything.

👉 No more red lines, swelling, or “sock dents”
If your socks are digging in, rolling down, or leaving marks, they’re working against you.

Our diabetic socks are designed by a surgeon to be:
✔ Super stretchy
✔ Non-binding
✔ Seamless (no rubbing on sensitive skin)
✔ Breathable & comfy all day

🧦 Perfect for:
• Diabetes
• Neuropathy
• MS
• Swelling
• Sensitive skin
• Anyone who hates tight socks 😅

✨ Save this before your next sock purchase.
✨ Share with someone who needs better socks.

Sock marks aren’t “just marks.”
They’re a sign your socks are too tight — and they can affect your circulation more than you think.

Here’s why they matter:

• They restrict blood flow
• They can irritate sensitive skin
• They’re risky for anyone with diabetes or neuropathy
• And if the cuff rolls down, it doubles the pressure on one spot

If your socks leave dents like this, your body is telling you something.

Healthy socks shouldn’t squeeze — they should support.

That’s why our diabetic socks are designed to stay up without digging in.

👉 Save this for later
👉 Share with someone who still thinks sock marks are “normal”

Quick reminder before the year wraps up — many insurance plans cover compression socks. It’s one of the easiest ways to use your benefits and take pressure off your legs during long shifts.

If your plan renews in January, this is a good time to look into it.

Details are linked in our bio 💙

Compression socks should not hurt — and if they do, there’s usually a simple fix.
Here are the biggest mistakes people make:

1️⃣ Pulling them up too high → this causes rolling, pinching, and double the compression in the wrong spot.
2️⃣ Wearing the wrong size → too small = pain + marks, too big = no support.
3️⃣ Choosing the wrong compression level → Always check with your physician
4️⃣ Not using the proper technique → bunching/rolling makes them dig in.

Compression socks should feel snug, supportive, and comfortable — never painful.

Save this for the next time your socks feel “too tight.” 🧦✨

If your compression socks hurt, here’s why 👇

Most people pull their socks up way too high — which makes the top band roll, pinch, and actually double the compression in the wrong spot.
That’s why you feel squeezing, dents, or that “these are too tight” feeling.

But the real fix?
✔️ Start with the heel aligned
✔️ Smooth the fabric up (don’t yank)
✔️ Let the top band sit below the crease of your knee
✔️ And never let them roll down — that creates a tourniquet effect

Compression socks should support, not strangle.
If they hurt… you’re wearing them wrong (or they’re the wrong pair).

Your legs deserve better than dents + discomfort. 💙
