Did you know that 45% of youth who v**e say they’d quit if flavoured v**es weren’t available?
Research shows that 92% of youth used flavoured v**es when they first started, and 90% continue to use them. Recent survey data also demonstrates that over one in four grade 12 students and over one in five grade 11 students in Canada v**e.
Va**ng can be dangerous, especially for young people, and is linked to a long list of harms, including future stroke risk.
That’s why Heart & Stroke is urging the government to protect youth by banning flavoured v**es.
