Since December of 2018 I taught spin class and then added on my own mat workouts for my customers. In 2025 my anxiety got the best of me my body was screaming at me to change what I am doing. Don’t get me wrong I love everything I did and did very well at it with my store and my new earring line Christinium!!! So me and my family made a big change for all of us we all needed it. Wasn’t just me feeling this way. Now we are happy and not everyday is great but we are finally enjoying our life and not just working. Now that I am back to teaching spin in Maple Creek Kristin Weiss I am off my anxiety medication and feeling amazing. It’s been tough getting back to making this a part of my life again but damn it feels so good. If you feel like you have anxiety and need to get out of your head we are here for you. After over a year of being off…
no workouts, high stress, anxiety all over the place —
I finally decided it was time to get back to me.
