Paddle Boarding with Paddle it Forward for Youth aged 8-18

Registration will be open on July 1st at 7:30am. Those that are successful will be contacted on Monday July 7th.

There will be two sessions to choose from, either July 9 &16 or August 6 &20. Please check your calendars in advance before registering to make sure you're able to attend. This program is limited to 5 spots for each month.

This program will be prioritized for IIPCT patients that are also MBQ members, both on and off territory.

Join us for a 6-week Mental Health Monday series exploring the teachings of the Medicine Wheel and how they can support balance, healing, and wellness in our daily lives.
