🎨 Upcoming Art Therapy Group!! 🎨

When it comes to high conflict in relationships, setting boundaries, taking space, and even going no contact are all solutions we've heard before. But they're not always safe, realistic, or aligned with living in community.

This art therapy group asks: What if, instead of leaving when a friendship turns sour, we stayed? What if, instead of avoiding uncomfortable conversations, we learned how to sit in that discomfort together?

This fall, Join us Wednesday nights as we explore how authenticity and community care can coexist with rupture and repair in our relationships. Together, we'll expand our capacity to:

🤝 Understand our relationship needs and challenges
🛑 Create and honor boundaries that invite deeper connection with others
🌱 Approach conflict as a pathway to growth and authenticity — rather than isolation

This group is for anyone looking to go beyond Western, individualistic relational patterns and grow into more intentional, rooted, and collective ways of sharing our world with others.

🔸 Who it's for: Anyone 18+ (no art skills or experience necessary)
🔸 Led by: Natasha Kupar, MSW & B Hope, RP
🔸 When: Wednesdays, 6-8pm
🔸 Where: Good Medicine Wellness, 10 Industrial Pk Rd, Shannonville
🔸 Starts: Sept 24 - Nov 12

☀️ Weekend Intentions ☀️

We’re halfway through August, and the shift back into school schedules and regular work routines is just around the corner. 🍂📚

Before life speeds up again, what’s your intention going into this weekend?
✨ To rest?
✨ To connect with family?
✨ To soak up the last bit of summer?
✨ To get organized for what’s ahead?

Whatever it is, make it yours — something that fills your cup before the busy season begins. 💛

Drop your weekend intention in the comments — you never know who you might inspire. 🌿

🌿 At Good Medicine Wellness, every space tells a story 🌿

While we are proudly Indigenous-owned and deeply rooted in Haudenosaunee and other Indigenous ways of knowing, our doors are open to everyone. We serve both Indigenous and non-Indigenous clients, and each therapy room is created with intention — designed for the unique population each therapist supports.

In Natasha’s space, she welcomes both adults and children, blending traditional teachings with therapeutic practices. Some might look in and see a little “clutter,” but what we see is so much more:

✨ Fun — Laughter and play as tools for connection
✨ Entertainment — Engaging minds and hearts in ways that feel safe and inviting
✨ Coping Skills — Building resilience through hands-on, creative, and cultural approaches
✨ Learning in Many Formats — Because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all

Here, culture isn’t just in the décor — it’s in the heart of the work. Every object, every activity, and every conversation holds purpose.

📅 Whether you are seeking therapy for yourself or your child, you’ll find a space that feels welcoming, safe, and attuned to your needs — with or without a cultural connection to Indigenous identity.

💬 Because at Good Medicine Wellness, healing is for everyone.
