I created Yoga Shala Unionville in the hope of providing space and support for anyone who is interested in starting/and or deepening their yoga practice. I believe that size matters, so I have a maximum of 12 students at a time to enhance ones yoga experience. This way, students can get enough individual attention to practice. As well, the small classes cultivate the creation of a community of yoga practitioners.

Hot weather = a chance to make progress with flexibility!
Although, really the feeling of having enough discipline to get through a practice period - that sense of accomplishment is what keeps me coming back 🙏

Looks like this really will be our new normal for quite awhile, so you might as well get used to it folks! Enjoy the idea that you don't have to care what you look like in class, and even turn the camera off if you need some energy from being in a group, but don't want to be seen at all! No judgement, just show up, see you soon on the mat!
