I’ve been busy processing goods, and cleaning up the greenhouse and gardens.

Sourdough loaves will be available for sale soon, with delivery to Unity on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I still have an abundance of beets for sale, $3/LB and pumpkins galore. Small pumpkins are $2, and medium/large are $5.

I harvested about 3/4 of my beets and will have enough to feed us through the year! So, with that being said, where are still beets to pull that I will have for sale -$3/LB with tops off.

Thank you to everyone who purchased some garden goods from me today! It was a huge haul into Unity, and I’m super thankful for it - the girls are, too - they got to celebrate their work with ice cream 🩷

I’ll have zucchini and beets for sale in the coming days, and plan to release Market Garden Bundles with a mixed variety of in-season vegetables in a couple of weeks, stay tuned!

I haven’t forgotten about you all looking for beets and lettuce - things are growing quickly in the greenhouse, so I can fill those requests soon!

The “Market Garden” is jumping quicker than I thought - roughly 300FT planted with zucchini, squash varieties, and pumpkins. Zucchini will be for sale soon!

Garden beets are catching up right behind, too! Stay tuned 🩷

Beets are being harvested, and available for sale for $3/LB, tops are free and can be saved or cut off. Bags of lettuce are available for $3/bag.

Delivery days are based around my trips to town, message if you’re interested in some home grown goods!

The greenhouse has been producing! I’ll have beets for sale, as well as lettuce next week. I’ve been busy harvesting veggies, herbs, and flowers - fresh eating, for tea, and projects like nasturtium salt! Keep your eyes out 🩷

Good morning! I’ve had lots of messages about bread ordering, and I’m just putting a hold on bread deliveries at this time - our town trips haven’t been planned, and it’s a busy time around the farm. Once things slow down, I’ll be sure to let everyone know!
