The school bells are ringing, which means a new season of routine is upon us! 🍎 As a parent and a massage therapist, I know how busy this time of year can be. Juggling school drop-offs and pickups, extracurriculars, homework, and my own work can be a lot!

I’ve been quiet on here lately. We have had a lot of sickness in our house and have been busy navigating through this rough season. Thank you to all of my clients who have been so patient with me as I find that balance between work and taking care sick kids 💜

My March schedule is NOW OPEN.

As we head in to spring our lives get a bit more chaotic with basketball wrapping up and dance just taking off. I will be away for a weekend in March and two in April this year. I do my best to accommodate everyone so if you don’t see something that works for you online please reach out to me personally.
