Included in each box (which are hand pyrographed by Miranda from Lamontagne Made) is a chakra tumble kit, 4 raw stones, a star, a mini mushroom, a mushroom, a palm stone, a pyramid, a tower, and an incense stick to cleanse your crystals and box when you get them home (or just to smell divine!)! Oh! And a little paint set so you can paint the box if you'd like to add colour!

Me doing my best to smile through my pain.

My best changes from day to day, moment to moment.

Sometimes, the way I wear my crown needs to change.

Giving yourself grace and understanding to go through the ups and downs of life and the day to day is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!

Change your priorities day to day based on what matters most in that exact moment.

Today I did pricing and website work for exactly 5pcs. I made exactly 1 bracelet. And that's ALL I've got today.

Making sure my kids are regulated, engaged, fed, and okay is my priority. Making sure I move extremely slow, ask for help, and removing things from my to do list until my pain subsides are my other priorities.

This is my best today. I accept that. And I pray for better days ahead with manageable pain levels. 🧡

Your best is enough. You are enough.
