I don’t like following rules…
And that’s why restrictive diets and strict regimens, lengthy multi-step wellness routines won’t work for me
As a 40 something entrepreneur starting perimenopause, I’ve got a lot going on and I don’t have a lot of spare time and energy to give
It’s taken time to know what supplements, workouts and wellness practices work for me (and this changes sometimes daily, cylically, seasonally)
But I have my non-negotiables:
✅ High Protein Breakfast before Coffee
✅ Protein, Fat & Fiber on every plate (1/2 is fruit & veggies, aim to eat the rainbow daily)
✅ Hydration (water, fruit, herbal teas, electrolytes after workouts)
✅ Making time for Movement
✅ Prioritizing Sleep
It’s flexible in what that looks like day to day, but the intentions are the same
