Sun is so healing. Why do you think Drs recommend vitamin D, why do you think they do bloodwork to test Vitamin D levels? We don’t make Vitamin D naturally we need the sun to activate it in our liver.
Sun helps activate the pineal gland, helps with depression, helps diabetics if they get sunshine on their pancreas.
